Your submission and privacy

What we collect

Forms collect your name, email address, company details and message so the Alliance can review your request. Submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Render and processed by our website hosted on Vercel.

What becomes public

Only company profile information approved by the Alliance is published. Your name and email address are kept private. Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing, publish a company or activate membership.

Review and removal

We keep submissions while they are needed to review and follow up on requests. Use the Contact form to request correction or deletion of your submission. Include enough information for the administrator to identify it.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, page views and website interactions. Google processes this usage data and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not enable advertising personalization. Analytics is not loaded until you accept. You can decline or withdraw permission at any time using Analytics preferences. We store your choice in your browser.

Website operation

The private administrator login uses a session cookie. Submission protection uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Public forms do not create visitor accounts.
