About the Alliance
A stronger voice for independent FAST.
FAST Alliance brings independent streaming channel providers together to build relationships, share knowledge and strengthen their position in the industry.
Our mission
Independent channels bring distinctive programming and perspectives to free streaming television. They also face challenges in reaching audiences, finding partners and making their voices heard.
FAST Alliance was established as a nonprofit organization to support these providers through collaboration. Its mission is to bring their interests together and strengthen their collective bargaining position across the streaming value chain.
Our story
Founded by Gustavo Neiva de Medeiros, the Alliance grew out of the need for independent FAST channels to work together on the business challenges of streaming television.

Part of the industry conversation
The Alliance’s published history includes a paper on generative AI and FAST in October 2024 and participation at POSSIBLE in Miami in 2025. These activities reflect its interest in the opportunities and challenges facing independent publishers.
A directory for the whole ecosystem
The new industry directory brings publishers, distribution platforms, advertising companies, technology providers, licensing partners and advisers into one searchable resource.
A company can be listed without being an Alliance member. Free membership is a separate relationship, with an enhanced profile that gives members more space to describe their work and channels.
Built together, reviewed with care
The Alliance curates listings from verified public company information. Companies can suggest additions and corrections for review before publication. Membership applications are reviewed separately.
The directory and free membership program connect companies across the FAST ecosystem. Additional services will be described once their current availability is confirmed.
